At JKS Glasgow, we aim to provide high-quality karate classes and events to all our members. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
By booking a class or event with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. No Refunds for Missed Classes
We are unable to offer refunds for missed classes or no-shows. Our class schedule is designed to offer flexibility, and we encourage members to attend regularly to get the most from their training.
2. Refunds for Cancellations
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

If a class, course, or event is cancelled by JKS Glasgow, a full refund will be offered or an alternative date provided.

If you need to cancel your booking, we may issue a full or partial refund if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session or event.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of the club.
3. Merchandise and Physical Products
At this time, JKS Glasgow does not sell or ship merchandise via the website. Therefore, no refunds apply to product purchases.
If merchandise becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated to include relevant return and refund terms.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@jksglasgow.com with your full name, the booking or event details, and your reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3–5 working days.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Please check this page regularly for updates.
